The feminine voice being often muted, our initial efforts focused on women. We are now opening up to the political citizenship arena and sustainable development to transform sterile arguments and anxiety into fertile dialogues.

2d4b discerns and listens under-represented voices. We help individuals (including the powerful) listen to their own internally muted voices to enhance our collective listening.

From that effort, we define dialogic development programs to help strengthen the muted voices in a way that is respectful of these softer voices.
